Report Cards Information

As your child’s first and most important teacher, you play a crucial role in supporting learning at home. Our school principals, teachers and staff value your partnership and seek to provide timely feedback about your student’s progress throughout the school year.

Our report card reflects standards and student’s progress towards meeting these standards.  At each interval, teachers will use multiple data points (assessments, observation, conferences) to make decisions on these grades.

This report card will be sent home with your student four times per school year. The report card has been designed based on feedback from parents, teachers, administrators and other stakeholders in order to give you more complete information in a single document.

The report card aligns with MN state standards, which is about making sure that learning expectations are consistent and high across the school district and about providing families with more resources to monitor their child’s learning.
